Are your prices really flat?

Yes for upholstery, rug and carpet cleaning — the published rate is what you pay, plus NYC sales tax. Power washing is quoted because surface area, staining and access vary too much for a fixed list price.

All five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island. Same rates in every borough, no trip fees.

When do I pay?

After the job is done. We save a card at booking and charge it once the work is complete. We don't take deposits for standard residential work.

Do you take rugs off-site?

Most rugs are cleaned in your home. If a piece needs a full immersion wash we tell you before we start and quote pickup separately.

How long does drying take?

Upholstery is typically dry in 2 to 4 hours. Carpet usually takes 4 to 8 hours depending on airflow and humidity.

Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?

Yes. We're insured and can issue a certificate of insurance to your building or management company on request.

Most bookings are scheduled within a few days. Rush service is available for rug and carpet work for an extra $50.
