Are your prices really flat?

Yes for upholstery, rug and carpet cleaning — the published rate is what you pay, plus NYC sales tax. Power washing is quoted because surface area, staining and access vary too much for a fixed list price.

Which areas do you serve?

All five boroughs of New York City: Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, The Bronx and Staten Island. Same rates in every borough, no trip fees.

When do I pay?

After the job is done. We save a card at booking and charge it once the work is complete. We don't take deposits for standard residential work.

Do you take rugs off-site?

Most rugs are cleaned in your home. If a piece needs a full immersion wash we tell you before we start and quote pickup separately.

How long does drying take?

Upholstery is typically dry in 2 to 4 hours. Carpet usually takes 4 to 8 hours depending on airflow and humidity.

Are you insured? Can you provide a COI?

Yes. We're insured and can issue a certificate of insurance to your building or management company on request.

How fast can you come?

Most bookings are scheduled within a few days. Rush service is available for rug and carpet work for an extra $50.

How does the quote work?

Send your details and up to 10 photos, drawings or floor plans through the quote form. You get a firm written price within one business day — not a range.

Can you hold keys or lockbox codes for our buildings?

Yes. Keys, lockboxes and smart-lock codes are recorded per property and logged in and out against a named person and a timestamp, so we can tell you who held a given unit's key and when it came back.

Do we get a custody report?

Yes. We can send a record of which keys are currently held, which have been returned and which are overdue to the contact address you nominate.

Can you put our PO number on the invoice?

Yes. Give us a purchase order number for a job and it prints on that job's invoice and receipt.

Can you handle unit turnovers at volume?

Yes. Turnovers are booked per unit at the same flat rates in every borough, with early-morning, overnight or weekend windows, and per-property job history kept for each address.

Will you issue a certificate of insurance to our building?

Yes. We're insured and issue a certificate of insurance on request before the first visit.

How is a portfolio program priced?

After a site walk we return a written scope, frequency and a fixed number. Portfolio billing can be consolidated into one invoice with per-property lines.
