A cleaning company with a price list.

How it works

How the operation runs.

• The office dispatches every job

Bookings come in online, and the office assigns them, tracks the arrival window and follows the job through to completion. You are not coordinating with a stranger by text.

• Every clean is worked against a checklist

Each job type has its own checklist. The pro marks every line on site, attaches photos, and the office reviews the result before the job closes.

• Background-checked pros

Every pro clears a background check before they can take a job, and they see the payout for a job before they claim it.

• Flat published prices, charged after

The price you see when you book is the price on the receipt, plus NYC sales tax. We keep a card on file and charge it once the work is finished.

• Insured, COI on request

We're insured and issue a certificate of insurance to your building or management company on request.

• If a visit misses, we come back

Not happy with a visit? Tell us — we'll come back and make it right, free.
